 Hebei Province Qingyuan County Xing Yuan Weld Metal Foundry is committed to being the best supplier of copper casting, aluminum casting, and components in global market.It has two factories: Copper Foundry and Aluminum Foundry.
We are located in Qingyuan Town, Baoding City, Hebei Province, about 140 kilometers away from Beijing city and Tianjin city.
Within thirty years' history, Hebei Province Qingyuan County Xing Yuan Weld Metal Foundry has grasped the original technology on sand-casting, wax pattern precision casting, permanent mold casting \ gravity casting and low pressure casting, die casing, crass trimming, and precision machining.
In 1998, our own patented product for resistance welding machine transformers-the red copper loop (sand casting), has been supplied directly to Panasonic Welding Systems (Tangshan) Co., Ltd. Inaddition, our customers are China Boat and Ship Industry Head Office 707 Research Institute, and Tianjin University Research Institute. Our aluminum castings are mainly exported to Japan, Germany, and America.
The weight of our product is ranging from 1 ton to 50 grams.
Our copper foundry has three workshops: sand casting workshop, lost-wax precision casting workshop, and machining workshop.
Our aluminum foundry has two workshops: gravity casting and low pressure casting workshop, and die casting workshop. |
